OneMedSource offers free shipping on items over $150, and there are no shipping costs if you choose to pick up your order at our store. When shopping, there will be two items stating "In Stock" and "available on line". Items "in stock" can be picked up same day or will ship within 1-2 business days. Item(s) not in stock and "available on line" will be ordered immediately and should arrive at OneMedSource within 5-7 business days and will ship then within 1-2 business days. Any embroidered items will add an additional 3-7 business days, depending on embroidery. You can e-mail or call us to check on the status of your order. If you choose store pick-up, we will text you once the item(s) arrive.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchased online, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 15 days of receipt for store credit. We cannot accept any washed or worn items for customer safety (allergies, work areas). We also cannot accept any items that have been embroidered.

If an item needs to be returned, please feel free to stop by our store at 4170 Lavon Dr Garland, TX 75040. Item(s) returned to the store can be exchanged for current inventory item(s). Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Any return postage must be pre-paid. We also cannot accept COD’s on return shipments. You will not be charged any additional shipping and processing for any the returns.

Please allow up to 14 days to process returns. Once received, an employee will reach out to you to process store credits as we do not store any Credit Card information..
